Olena Kushnir

Olena was born on March 7, 1983, in Kaniv, Cherkasy region of Ukraine. In 2005, she graduated from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, majoring in "Management of foreign economic activity". Then, Ms. Kushnir entered the State University of Telecommunications, majoring in "Organization Management". After graduation, she started a career in the field of telecommunications. Later on she founded and headed her own company "WEB PRO" LLC. Now this company is not only telecommunication operator and integrator, but also offers services in the design and construction of optical fiber networks and is technical information protection.

In 2017 Ms. Kushnir passed advanced courses "Technical protection of information. Assessment of information security" at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Ihor Sikorskyi Kyiv Polytechnic Institute". Thanks to such a coordinated work process and a constant desire for professional development "WEB PRO" LLC managed by Olena Kushnir became a member of the Ukrainian LIR community, the Ukrainian Internet Association, the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and received the prestigious "Choice of the Country" award "Top Ukrainian Awards 2021" in the category "Telecommunications", became the first member of the Memorandum on cooperation with the National Coordination Center for Cybersecurity under the NSDC in Ukraine.

In 2019 during the evaluation of the cybersecurity situation in Ukraine, conducted by the independent Ukrainian Cyber Alliance, the company took first place as the communication operator with the least number of vulnerabilities among the first 21 communication operators that provide services on the Internet over the secure internet access point.

In the midst of a war waged by the Russian Federation against Ukraine Olena Kushnir showed extraordinary dedication and as a laeder of "WEB PRO" LLC played a crucial role under her leadership in restoring and building Ukraine's communications networks, which were destroyed by the aggressor state.

In addition, from February 24, 2022, on the initiative of Ms. Kushnir "WEB PRO" LLC actively engaged in priority volunteer activities. Since the beginning of the war, Olena Kushnir outside of her professional career has been engaged in charity and humanitarian activities. She organized charity events in Europe, which not only helped to raise the necessary funds for Ukrainians affected by the war, but also performed the main task of popularizing Ukrainian culture, language and traditions. During the years of work, "WEB PRO" LLC staff managed by Olena Kushnir received a lot of medals and thanks from various state bodies, including a state award.
