Abstract: A new carrier class management platform intended to simplify the provisioning and monitoring of Carrier Ethernet services. Ridgeline Service Advisor will offer: Ease of Service Deployment (Operational expense reduction for complex services with provisioning automation, Eliminate human error by automating such tasks as resilient packet ring creation, Accurate “inventory” for service management), Improve customer experience and simplify troubleshooting (Service Assurance giving the ability to offer real customer SLAs, Fault to Service Correlation for troubleshooting ease) and Opportunity for tight integration with partners (The ability to extend beyond Extreme only products)
