Radoslaw Trojakowski – since 6 years working in Crowley Data Poland Sp. Ltd., currently at the position of Network VoIP Administrator. Since 2006 he is responsible for maintaining and developing the voice CDP platform. At the same time he is the originator and author of a system designed to manage and service platforms. Every day he works with telecommunications operators at the supervision of the startup process and the use of custom VoIP solutions. He is also involved in testing new solutions for hardware configuration and technology to continuously improve the platform and provided its services. As a result, he is responsible for the implementation of new products and functionality for VoIP services.

Abstract: More and more companies decide to provide voice services in VoIP technology. Favored by the relatively low cost and ease of implementation of the launching of such a solution. Most of them are not concerned about the protection against abuse from customers, and often is not aware of the consequences of their occurrence.
