Data Processing

I allow PROIDEA Foundation for Supporting IT Education, PLNOG 4 organizer, to store and process my personal data according to the Polish bill concerning data processing passed in August 29th ,1997 (Dz. U. 97 r. nr 133 poz. 883). Thus, I allow PLNOG 4 organizer and its sponsors to send me information about the conference and their other activities.

Resignation

Submitting this form is tantamount to entering into a contract with PROIDEA Foundation for Supporting IT Education concerning attending the conference. You can cancel your registration by sending a registered letter to PROIDEA office, to the address given below. The letter should be sent no later that March 1st , 2010. If you do not attend the conference without canceling your registration, you will still be obligated to pay the conference fee.
