Not everyone had the opportunity to keep abreast of information about events coming from different sides. After the excitement had subsided a bit, we decided to look at the problem globally, that means what consequences will the introduced regulations on operators of large, small and ordinary citizens have. After the speeches of representatives of the Polish Telecom during last two editions of PLNOG, we received a lot of questions about the effectiveness of the introduced mechanisms, which were to have better results in fight against SPAM. We decided to invite colleagues from the Polish Telecom to provide the summary of the effects of their work, what were the initial assumptions and what has been achieved as a result of modernization.
